The reservation becomes binding with a deposit to be paid no later than 5 days after reservation confirmation. The deposit payment can be made quickly and safely through our ROL-POS system by credit card or by making a bank transfer.

All deposits already paid are non-refundable.
We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance that covers any cancellation costs, should the reservation need to be cancelled.
